Making Your Tools Actually Talk to Each Other

Most businesses we talk to aren't using bad software. They're using good software that doesn't talk to each other. Your CRM doesn't know what's in your accounting system. Your job management tool isn't connected to your invoicing. Someone's manually copying data between screens every day, and that someone's time could be spent on something that actually matters.

Integration work is what we do most. We connect the platforms you've already invested in, using APIs, iPaaS tools like n8n and Make.com, or custom-built connectors where needed. The goal is always the same: data should flow automatically, not on someone's to-do list.

WHAT THIS INVOLVES

How We Connect Your Systems

API Integrations

We build direct connections between platforms using their APIs. Whether it's syncing contacts from your CRM to your accounting tool, pulling order data from Shopify into a fulfilment system, or sending job completions from ServiceM8 into Xero. If the platform has an API, we can connect it.

iPaaS & Workflow Automation

We use n8n, Make.com, and similar platforms to build visual automation workflows. These are ideal for multi-step processes that touch several systems. For example, a new lead triggering a CRM entry, a proposal email, and a task in your project management tool, all at once.

Data Sync & Transformation

Sometimes the hard part isn't connecting two systems. Different field names, formats, currencies, or date conventions. We handle the mapping and transformation so data arrives in the right shape at the destination.

Custom Connectors & Webhooks

When a platform doesn't have a native integration or the off-the-shelf solution falls short, we build it. Custom webhook handlers, middleware, and lightweight integration scripts tailored to your specific workflow.

WHO IT'S FOR

Who Should Consider Integration Services

This service is for businesses with a tech stack that's grown organically, you've added tools as you needed them, and now they don't talk to each other. You're probably doing some amount of copy-pasting, re-entering data, or running manual exports and imports somewhere in your week. If that sounds familiar, this is the place to start.

WHY INTEGRATE

Benefits of Systems Integration

Manual data entry eliminated. Information moves between systems automatically

Errors from copy-pasting become a thing of the past

Your team works in the tools they already know, not new ones

Real-time data across systems means fewer "which version is correct?" conversations

Typically delivered in 2–4 weeks depending on complexity

QUESTIONS

Common Questions About Integration

Do you need access to our systems to build integrations?

Yes, we need API credentials or developer access to the platforms we're connecting. We follow least-privilege access principles: we only request the permissions we actually need. Everything is documented and you can revoke access at any time.

What if one of our tools doesn't have an API?

A surprisingly small number of modern business tools have no API at all. But it does happen. Some legacy systems, older accounting platforms, or niche industry software. In those cases we explore alternatives: browser automation, email parsing, CSV-based sync, or just having an honest conversation about whether that tool is the right long-term choice.

How do you handle it when an integration breaks?

Integrations break sometimes. APIs change, credentials expire, a platform has downtime. We build error handling and alerting into everything we deliver, so when something breaks, you find out immediately rather than discovering it three weeks later when someone notices the data is wrong.
