What's included
A structured engagement designed to give you clarity before you spend anything on development.
Workflow discovery session
A focused 2-hour conversation with you (and key staff if relevant) to map every manual task and how information moves through your business.
Process map documentation
A visual and written map of your current workflows, showing where data moves, where it gets stuck, and where people fill the gaps manually.
Systems risk review
An assessment of your existing systems for potential issues — data gaps, single points of failure, manual dependencies, and integration risks that could cause problems as your business grows.
Opportunity assessment
A ranked list of automation opportunities by time-saving potential and implementation complexity. Tells you what to fix first.
Implementation roadmap
A written plan covering recommended tools, integration approach, timeline, and cost estimate for each automation opportunity identified — including any remediation needed for systems risks found during the review.
This service is right for you if…
- →You know your team wastes time on admin but don't know exactly where
- →You've grown beyond your original systems and things are falling through the gaps
- →You want to understand the full picture before committing to a build
- →You've tried to automate things in the past and it didn't stick, and you want to get it right this time
- →You want an independent assessment of your current setup, including potential risks in the systems you're already running
This service isn't right if…
- •You already know exactly what you want to automate and just need it built (see Systems Integration)
- •Your team is under 3 people and processes are genuinely simple, so a free audit call may be enough
Questions about Advisory & Consulting
No formal preparation needed. It helps to have a general idea of which tasks feel most repetitive or frustrating, but we'll guide the conversation. Some clients share a rough list of their software tools in advance, which is useful but not required.
Yes. The roadmap includes a fixed-price estimate for each automation opportunity. After the advisory engagement, you'll know exactly what it would cost to implement each item. You choose which ones to proceed with, and we quote them formally before we start.
Then we'll tell you that, clearly. The point of the advisory is to find work that genuinely pays for itself, not to sell you work that won't pay off. If the time savings don't justify the investment, we'll say so and suggest what else might help.
