Most modern business software allows this. If yours doesn't, we'll tell you in the audit. In some cases we can use other methods, like reading emails or web forms, to connect tools that don't normally support it, though this has limitations we'll be honest about.
Yes. We use secure, industry-standard sign-in methods, never store your passwords in plain text, and set up each connection with the minimum access necessary to do the job. All connections are documented and can be switched off by you at any time.
Software platforms change how they work behind the scenes sometimes. When that happens, connections can break. Our Managed Services plan covers this: we keep an eye on your integrations and handle these changes proactively. All projects include 30 days of post-launch support as standard.
