We always build and test in a sandbox environment before touching your live system. Any changes to your live environment are made in a planned maintenance window with your team aware of what's happening. Your existing data and workflows are not touched until we've confirmed the build is correct.
No. We document everything we build and configure it so your team can manage day-to-day operations without technical knowledge. For more complex builds, our Managed Services plan covers ongoing maintenance and updates.
All projects include 30 days of post-launch support as standard. We also design builds to use the platform's official customisation layer wherever possible, which is less susceptible to breaking on updates than workarounds. Our Managed Services plan provides ongoing cover if you want longer-term protection.
